Sound Sanctuary

Sound Sanctuary wrap the energy of todays British Indie around a love for old school songcraft, 60s West Coast harmonies, retro samples and shimmering guitars. Since the successful release of their mini-album Contact back in 2005 which earned the band repeated airplay on regional and national radio across the UK (including XFM), the band have gigged extensively building on their already loyal fan base. In 2008 they issued their debut full length album Dust, supported by a full UK tour which included live performances on Sky TV and at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend fringe festival.
.."flawlessly beautiful outing from this generation's Radiohead"..
NEW NOISE (www.new-noise.net)
.."A burnished cocktail of folk, trip hop, 60s West Coast pop and blissed out art rock... imagine Simon & Garfunkel gone electronica!"..
THE BEAT
.."Image Brian Eno producing the everly brothers in an overgrown suburban greenhouse. There is a sly imagination here and a gift for melody"..
